Physiotherapy

Our expert physiotherapists avoid the guesswork using efficient, whole-body assessments and targeted treatments that address the root cause—not just symptoms. Unlike other fragmented approaches, our physiotherapists blend biomechanics, neurology, and rehab science into a smooth, adaptable process that works for everyone from office workers to elite athletes.

Clinical Pilates

Clinical Pilates is an evidence-based, therapeutic approach to Pilates that combines traditional Pilates principles with modern rehabilitation science. Designed and supervised by healthcare professionals (like physiotherapists), it focuses on precision, control, and alignment to improve strength, flexibility, and posture while addressing injuries or imbalances.

Kinesiology

Kinesiology is a dynamic, exercise-based approach to recovery, designed to help you regain strength, mobility, and confidence after injury, surgery, or chronic pain. Unlike passive treatments, active rehab empowers you to take control of your healing through targeted movements, corrective exercises, and personalized progressions.

BikeFIT

A professional Bike Fit Assessment ensures your bicycle is perfectly adjusted to your body, preventing injuries, enhancing efficiency, and maximizing comfort on every ride. Whether you're a competitive cyclist, a weekend rider, or a commuter, a proper bike fit can transform your cycling experience.

Brendon is an avid believer of movement. From cross country at a young age to bouldering, brazilian jiu-jitsu, hockey, weightlifting and marathons - Brendon uses an approach that breaks down imbalances, movement patterns and biomechanics to determine the root cause of dysfunction.

Fighting through his own shoulder injury, Brendon learned that his best outcome resulted from taking charge of his own rehabilitation and becoming an active leader through all stages of his rehabilitation. It is important to take ownership of your injury and rehabilitation because only then do you dictate where and how the healing and recovery process happens. By being an active participant, you decide what you want to do, where you want to go and your therapist simply teaches you how.

As such, Brendon hopes to equip his patients with the same mindset and approach, returning his patients to function through manual therapy, IMS, Graston (IASTW), acupuncture, Shockwave Therapy, movement and education through corrective and therapeutic exercises.
